Considered strategy
A sound strategy begins with the facts and the interests the case must address. Nadeau Law evaluates the legal issues, the available evidence, and your priorities to develop a considered approach to negotiation and litigation.
Candid counsel
Decisions are easier to make when the options are clear. The firm’s advice addresses the strengths and difficulties of your case, the choices available, and the practical consequences of each approach.
Thorough preparation
The details can change the course of a case. Preparation means examining the relevant records, testing the other side’s position, and developing the arguments needed for negotiation or court.
Understand the fees before you proceed.
The initial consultation is free. Criminal matters are handled on a flat-fee basis. Family law matters begin with a retainer and are billed hourly. Payment plans may be available in some matters.
