Scott D. Nadeau
Scott Nadeau has practiced in Michigan since 2002. His practice includes felony and misdemeanor defense, OWI matters, divorce and custody proceedings, and civil disputes involving individuals and small businesses.
Scott approaches representation by examining the facts, identifying the legal issues, and understanding what the matter means for his client. That preparation informs the advice he gives, the negotiations he undertakes, and the arguments he presents in court.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2000, following undergraduate and graduate study at the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Scott is a graduate of University of Detroit Jesuit High School, where he swam and debated.
